Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist – Find a halfway point between your natural waist & your belly button, measure around this torso, this being your waistline measurement.
Hip – Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Tip – If you’re 5’4 or under, we recommend trying 7/8 leggings (ankle length) as your full length.
If your measurements are in-between two sizes in our size chart, we recommend you picking the size up.
All specific care instructions can be found on the inner tag of the product itself, or on the product page of the item, under fabric & care. To ensure top condition of your item, do not tumble dry; lay them out flat to dry.
After you have received your order confirmation email, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items have been dispatched, in this email will be a tracking ID so you can track your order. You will receive these updates via sms too. If you have any further questions, we can get in touch with us.
We ship all standard-shipping orders within India free of charge (5-6 days for delivery).
Orders can take 1-2 business days to get processed after you have received your order confirmation email & orders placed on Friday after 4pm only get processed on Monday (next business day).
After your order has been processed it can take up to 5-6 days to get delivered at your doorstep. Rest assured we work hard to deliver your order on time, but please note that these are estimate timelines & not a guarantee.
Once your order has been submitted it goes directly into processing, so we can get you your order as fast as possible. Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to change or cancel it. If we are unable to do so, we can help you with our return process.

We have a 5-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 5-days after receiving your purchase to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for this return or exchange, your items must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with no stains & must have all original tags attached. Returns and exchange shipping is free of charge & handled by us within India.
To start your return or exchange, you can contact us at returns@strongr.store with your order number, item details & reasons for your return or exchange. If your request is accepted we will send you instructions of how to proceed further. Items sent back without first requesting a return or an exchange will not be accepted.
Once we have received & inspected your return, we will let you know if it has been approved or rejected. If it has been approved you will be refunded the amount on your original payment mode. Please note that this refundable amount can take 10-15 working days to initiate the proceeds.
In an event of receiving items in damaged condition or not as per your order, please contact us immediately, for us to resolve the issue. Rest assured we work on the principles of best business practices.
