Do not machine wash
To clean: Wipe the top of the mat using a moist microfiber cloth after use. Can use a few drops of mild (oil free) soap diluted heavily with water & wipe the mat gently, then leave it to dry. Try & avoid direct exposure to sunlight while it’s drying.
We recommend cleaning the mat after every 7-8 times use
Do not fold the mat, always roll it back
